AIDS 2012 in Washington : the French National AIDS Council presents a poster about innovative financing

Presented on Thursday July the 26th, at the AIDS 2012 international conference in Washington, this poster is directly inspired by the Council’s recommandations published in 2011’ Opinion entitled "Defeating the global AIDS epidemic through innovative financing".
Amongst other recommandations, are the implementation of a financial transactions tax, and a reduction in the cost of treatments.
